How do policymakers orient themselves in an era of surplus information? NORRAG is launching the latest book of its series on International Education and Development, with the KIX EMAP Hub. This book presents a multidisciplinary investigation into the growing influence of knowledge brokers and how they utilise evidence to support education policy and planning.

This online launch event will include a presentation by the co-editors, as well as two panels: the first on Institutional Logics and Efforts in Knowledge Brokerage, followed by a second on Local Contexts and Inequalities in Knowledge Brokerage.

It is organised with the support of the UNESCO Chair in Comparative Education Policy, Geneva Graduate Institute, and the Gottesman Libraries, Teachers College, Columbia University.

Interpretation in Arabic, French, Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish will be available. Automatically translated closed captioning in various languages will also be available.
