Dr Kelly Worwood B.A (Hons.), PGCE, MA, PhD, specialises in gender, race and socio-economic marginalisation in education policy and practice, completing her PhD in Education and Sociology at Goldsmiths, University of London. At Goldsmiths as Associate Senior Lecturer she taught across the field of social justice and equity in education. Prior to this Kelly was an educational strategist, programmer, policy maker, researcher and funder within the charitable sector. She is currently the Technical Advisor in Education at Plan International UK, where she leads on the delivery of the organisations international development education strategy, programme design, evaluation and research.
