It is a practical tool for those advocating to ensure young children’s right to ECCE is guaranteed, respected and implemented. It include a set of human rights indicators linked to ECCE-related provisions enshrined in international human rights law. It provides guidance to monitor specific dimensions of ECCE or ECCE in specific contexts.

The online launch will include a presentation of key features of the ECCE monitoring guide by RTE team and comments from ECCE experts and practitioners on the usefulness of the guide for various audience, followed by a Q&A session.
