Social contract, public good and reimagining institutions: Higher education and international development in an age of uncertainties
About this event
This event aims to showcase work by researchers involved with CEID (Centre for Education and International Development, UCL) on higher education and international development, looking at inequality, public good, social contract, decolonisation and climate justice. The event will also be an opportunity to hear insights from the FCDO-funded SPHEIR programmes, which completed work in March 2022. Poster presentations on research by doctoral students in CEID addressing aspects of higher education and international development will be on display.
The full day of presentations and discussions is free to attend in person or online but registration on Eventbrite is required. The event is open to all those with an interest in the issues under discussion.
