Moray House School of Education and Sport, in collaboration with UN House Scotland, the University of Glasgow and the Scotland Government, is hosting the national launch of UNESCO’s 2023 GEM Report on Education and Technology.
Following a welcome by Moray House Deputy Head of School Sam Fawkner, representatives from the GEM Report and Scotland Government will present. Presenters will then be joined by other panellist members from the University of Edinburgh, University of Glasgow, and Digital Schools Scotland, to discuss four key areas from the GEM Report: mobile phones, artificial intelligence, the role of government, and teachers and technology.
Closing remarks on the event will be shared by Sian Bayne, Director of the Centre for Research on Digital Education. Space is limited.
