Join editors Ming Cheng and Kate Hoskins of the British Educational Research Journal (BERJ) to share their insight into getting research published.
Kate and Ming are co-Editors of the British Educational Research Journal (BERJ), the official journal of the British Educational Research Association (BERA) – a major focal point for educational research publishing in the UK and globally.
Co-Editors Ming Cheng and Kate Hoskins will discuss what they look for in submissions to BERJ from an editor’s perspective.
They will explore common pitfalls and tips on getting your research published in a prestigious education journal, taking questions from the audience after the event.
This online event will be particularly useful for researchers and practitioners interested in publishing their own research and those interested in keeping up to date with trends and patterns in academic publishing.
Sit with the Editor seminar series
The ‘Sit with the Editor’ series provides a series of relaxed, face to face and online forums for the research community to engage with editors from prestigious journals.
The series aims to support researchers in making steps towards publishing their work in an educational journal. It has a particular remit to support researchers from the Global South, researchers with English as a second or other language, and early career researchers.
